Qualifications

• 2nd year in college or 2-year associate course.
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to recognize and deliver on card service sales opportunities.
• Customer service centric with rapport-building skills.
• Able to work in hybrid setup in Northgate, Alabang and reside within 100 km of Muntinlupa.

Responsabilités

• Answer inbound calls from stores and customers about Client Credit Card(s).
• Resolve credit inquiries on new accounts.
• Use problem solving to achieve high customer satisfaction.
• Generate additional revenue via retail, credit and product marketing.
• Follow schedule and company rules, maintain call quality.
