Qualifications

• 3+ years of Cash Applications/Accounts Receivable experience.
• Ability to work with large datasets and perform root-cause analysis on payment trends.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reconciliation skills.
• Exceptional collaboration, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office with strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, and basic data modeling).

Responsibilities

• Advanced Payment Processing: Post, reconcile, and balance high-volume deposits across multiple platforms.
• Remittance Research & Exception Handling: Investigate, reconcile, and resolve remittance errors and chargebacks.
• Account Adjustments & Write-Offs: Execute adjustments, process write-offs, and refund balances.
• Trend & Root Cause Analysis: Analyze large datasets to identify opportunities for process optimization.
• Cross-Functional Dispute Resolution: Partner with AR, Collections, and Customer Services for timely resolutions.
• Customer Transition Support: Help move customers to automated digital payment methods.
