Job summary

ProKatchers LLC in Clearwater, FL is seeking an experienced Cash Applications/Accounts Receivable specialist to process, post, reconcile, and balance high-volume customer payments across multiple channels. You will research discrepancies, manage adjustments, and support automation initiatives.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 3+ years in AR/Cash Applications, strong Excel skills, and experience with SAP AR/FSCM.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required, with at least 3 years in Cash Applications/Accounts Receivable.
• Strong Excel skills and analytical/communication abilities.
• SAP AR/FSCM experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process, post, reconcile, and balance high-volume customer payments across lockboxes, ACH, wire transfers, credit cards, PayPal, and Afterpay.
• Research and resolve remittance discrepancies, unapplied cash, chargebacks, NSF payments, ACH returns, and other payment exceptions.
• Manage account adjustments, bad debt write-offs, customer credit balance refunds, and digital payment authorization voids.
• Analyze payment trends to identify root causes of discrepancies and improve cash application accuracy.
• Collaborate with Accounts Receivable, Credit, Collections, and Customer Care teams to resolve payment disputes and support automated digital payment solutions.
