Job summary

Keystone Automotive Operations, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Credit Analyst to join our team in Exeter, PA. The hybrid work environment supports informed credit decisions and accurate customer accounts while balancing financial risk and compliance.

You will evaluate creditworthiness, communicate decisions to internal teams and customers, and assist with tax compliance and audits. This role emphasizes analytical work, clear communication, and collaborative problem solving.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance.
• 3+ years of experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and determine creditworthiness for new and existing customers.
• Communicate credit decisions and concerns to internal teams and customers.
• Review credit requests for extended show terms.
• Update customer terms, credit limits, and supporting account documentation.
• Contact customers to obtain resale and tax exemption certificates and help increase tax compliance rates.
• Monitor Keystone Automotive Operations (KAO) tax issues and coordinate follow-up with internal and external customers.
• Assist with audits and tax compliance activities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
