Job summary

Keystone Automotive Operations, Inc. is seeking a Credit / Accounts Receivable / Sales Tax Compliance professional to join our Exeter, PA team. This hybrid role balances financial risk assessment with customer relationship management.

You will evaluate creditworthiness, communicate decisions, and manage terms while supporting tax exemption processes and audits. A strong background in credit and AR, along with a 2+ year track record, is preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance.
• 3+ years of experience in credit, AR, or related finance roles.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate creditworthiness for new and existing customers.
• Communicate credit decisions to internal teams and customers.
• Review credit requests for extended terms and update terms and limits.
• Coordinate tax exemption certificates and enhance tax compliance rates.
• Assist with audits and tax compliance activities.
• Support AR processes and balance customer credit needs with risk.

About the Role

You will support Accounts Receivable (AR), helping balance customer credit needs with financial risk and compliance requirements.

What You'll Do

• Evaluate and determine creditworthiness for new and existing customers
• Communicate credit decisions and concerns to internal teams and customers
• Review credit requests for extended show terms
• Update customer terms, credit limits, and supporting account documentation
• Contact customers to obtain resale and tax exemption certificates and help increase tax compliance rates
• Monitor Keystone Automotive Operations (KAO) tax issues and coordinate follow-up with internal and external customers
• Assist with audits and tax compliance activities
• Perform other duties as assigned

What We're Looking For

• Associate degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance
• 3+ years of experience

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Microsoft Office
• Experience using AS400 and/or Oracle software
