Job summary

Park DuValle Community Health Center seeks a Credentialing Coordinator to act as the primary liaison with our external credentialing partner, monitor progress, and ensure compliance. You will manage provider records, track enrollment statuses, and coordinate with HR, Revenue Cycle, and Finance to resolve payer issues.

The role requires experience in credentialing and payer enrollment, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with EMR systems and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or related field.
• Two years of experience in healthcare administration, provider enrollment, credentialing support, or healthcare billing.
• Experience with healthcare providers, credentialing vendors, or payer organizations.
• Familiarity with credentialing/enrollment processes.
• Exposure to CAQH and payer systems.
• Strong organizational skills with multiple priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Attention to detail and data entry accuracy.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between Park DuValle Community Health Center and external credentialing vendor.
• Coordinate collection of documentation for provider payer enrollment (Medicaid, Medicare, other payers).
• Track enrollment, recredentialing, and revalidation statuses.
• Maintain credentialing/enrollment files and payer correspondence.
• Communicate updates to credentialing vendor (including location changes and benefit reassignment).
• Follow up on outstanding documentation, status, and processing delays.
• Update provider information in EMR and internal systems.
• Collaborate with HR to collect onboarding documents for credentialing.
• Assist with credentialing denials and revalidation requirements.
• Assist Revenue Cycle and Finance to investigate denials and enrollment issues.
