Job summary

Park DuValle Community Health Center in Louisville, KY is seeking a Credentialing Coordinator to serve as the primary liaison between our organization and an external credentialing partner. You will monitor progress, maintain provider records, track enrollment status, and collaborate with Revenue Cycle and Finance to resolve payer denials.

Ideal candidates have an associate degree and experience with credentialing, CAQH, and EMR systems, plus strong organizational and communication skills to

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in healthcare administration or related field.
• Experience with provider enrollment and credentialing support.
• Experience with payer organizations.
• Familiarity with credentialing processes and CAQH.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison with external credentialing vendor on enrollment activities.
• Coordinate collection of documentation for provider payer enrollment (Medicaid, Medicare, etc.).
• Track status of enrollment, recredentialing, and revalidation applications.
• Maintain credentialing and enrollment records with documentation and communications.
• Update EMR provider information and collaborate with HR for onboarding.
• Support resolution of credentialing denials and enrollment issues.
