Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalency.
• Experience: 1 year credentialing/enrollment in a medical office; or 3 years Revenue Cycle in contracting, billing, registration, or administration.
• Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail required.

Responsibilities

• Maintains expert-level understanding of evolving accreditation and insurance regulations.
• Reviews provider credentials, licenses and certifications for compliance.
• Performs enrollment across multiple payer platforms and maintains data accuracy.
• Acts as liaison between clinical providers, leadership and insurers to expedite enrollment.
• Manages provider data across systems to ensure regulatory compliance and timely reimbursement.
• Tracks deadlines, maintains logs and resolves enrollment issues with Revenue Cycle.
