Job summary

HSMC is seeking a Credentialing, Enrollment and Education Coordinator to collect and retain provider records for credentialing and enrollment with payers. You will support education and training activities to build competencies and create growth paths for staff.

The role requires attention to detail, strong communication, and proficiency in Microsoft Office; hybrid work becomes available after probation and commuting to Milford, MA is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• One year of related experience preferred.
• CPCS certification a plus.
• Strong attention to detail with ability to meet deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Commitment to customer service.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of provider enrollment software a plus.
• Ability to commute to Milford, MA.
• Eligibility for a hybrid work schedule after probation.
