Job summary

Human Services Management Corporation (HSMC) in Milford, MA is seeking a Credentialing, Enrollment and Education Coordinator. Under the supervision of the VP, you will collect and maintain provider records for credentialing and enrollment with commercial and government payers, supporting revenue cycle and patient access.

The role also entails performing administrative tasks to facilitate, track and monitor education and training activities to help staff build new skills and grow professionally.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• One year of credentialing, provider enrollment, contracting or admin support preferred; CPCS a plus.
• High level attention to detail with ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Commitment to excellent customer service.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of enrollment software a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collect, document, and retain provider records for credentialing and enrollment.
• Support education and training activities to help staff develop skills.
• Assist in tracking and monitoring education programs and competencies.
