Job summary

D&H Distributing in Harrisburg, PA and Clearwater, FL seeks a Creative Services Project Manager to lead strategic events and creative initiatives. You will serve as the main liaison among internal clients, business stakeholders, creative teams, and external agencies to ensure timely delivery aligned with business goals.

You will manage discovery, prioritization, risks, and execution across complex projects while maintaining stakeholder satisfaction and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, project management or related field preferred.
• 3+ years’ experience in marketing, creative project management, account management, or related field preferred.
• Marketing agency, creative services, or client-facing project leadership experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary strategic point of contact for internal clients, business stakeholders, creative leads, strategists, managers, and external agencies.
• Lead project discovery conversations to clarify objectives, audiences, deliverables, timelines and success criteria.
• Review briefs to confirm scope, priority, feasibility, and readiness before work begins.
• Own prioritization of major creative projects and campaigns, balancing urgency and resources.
• Develop high-level project plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and escalation paths.
• Lead project kickoff and status meetings to track progress and maintain alignment.
• Identify risks, delays, scope changes, stakeholder concerns, and resource constraints; propose solutions.
• Coordinate with external agencies and vendors to support execution, quality, cost and timeliness.
• Ensure brand usage across all projects and manage stakeholder expectations.
