You will coordinate milestones, maintain documentation, and prepare leadership presentations, ensuring accuracy and clear communications in a fast-paced environment.

The role blends operations, creative workflows, and cross‑functional collaboration with a hybrid schedule (3 days in office, 2 remote).

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Mass Communication, Advertising, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in project management, program coordination, or business operations.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional projects, managing timelines, and balancing priorities.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organization in data handling.
• Clear communication skills; ability to prepare concise presentations.

Responsabilidades

• Translate agency priorities into actionable project plans, timelines, milestones, and next steps.
• Coordinate cross-functional business and operational initiatives, tracking progress, owners, risks, dependencies, and follow-up items.
• Support recurring agency reporting by gathering, organizing, validating, and preparing metrics and data with a strong focus on accuracy.
• Maintain clear, organized documentation of data sources, reporting timelines, metric definitions, project status, and key decisions.
• Organize and maintain agency content, process documentation, shared trackers, and knowledge repositories so information stays current, accessible, and useful.
• Coordinate leadership meetings and agency routines, including agendas, presentations, pre-reads, meeting notes, action items, and follow-up.
• Prepare clear, compelling presentations and status updates that turn information and insights into meaningful takeaways for senior leaders.
• Partner with teams across creative, operations, account management, production, and other functions to resolve coordination gaps and keep work moving forward.
• Identify opportunities to improve project coordination, documentation, and team processes, helping implement agreed-upon improvements.
• Keep stakeholders informed of progress, upcoming milestones, outstanding decisions, and potential roadblocks to maintain alignment and accountability.
