Aligned Talent Acquisition in Dallas is seeking a Commercial Real Estate Associate Attorney to join a leading AmLaw 50 firm. The role focuses on sophisticated CRE transactions for developers, investors, lenders, and institutional clients in a dynamic market.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of CRE experience, strong drafting and negotiation skills, and is admitted to the Texas bar or able to be admitted. Hybrid work arrangement in Dallas is available.

Qualifications

3–5 years of CRE transactional experience at a large or sophisticated firm.
Experience with CRE acquisitions, dispositions, development, leasing, and financing.
Representing developers, institutional investors, private equity sponsors, lenders, REITs, and other market participants.
Drafting and negotiating purchase and sale agreements, joint venture agreements, loan documents, leases.
Due diligence, title and survey review, and closings.
Experience with real estate joint ventures and complex financing preferred.
Strong drafting, negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
J.D. from ABA-accredited law school required.
Texas bar admission required or ability to become admitted.
