The ideal candidate has 2+ years of commercial real estate experience, a JD from an accredited law school, and strong writing and communication skills. The firm provides a hybrid work environment and a competitive compensation package.

Responsabilités

• Draft and negotiate purchase and sale agreements and coordinate transaction closings.
• Draft and negotiate commercial leases and lease amendments.
• Draft and negotiate mortgage loan and other real estate financing documents.
• Oversee title and survey reviews.
• Assist clients with acquisitions, dispositions, financing, leasing, development, and other commercial real estate transactions.
• Work closely with attorneys across a sophisticated national real estate practice.

LHH is working to fill a Commercial Real Estate Associate opening with a reputable national law firm in Minneapolis. This role offers sophisticated transactional work, exposure to a broad range of real estate matters, competitive compensation, and flexibility around billable-hour expectations.

About the Role

This position is part of a sophisticated commercial real estate practice representing developers, investors, lenders and borrowers, landlords and tenants, property managers, contractors, and other clients in complex real estate transactions.

The firm is seeking an associate with 2+ years of commercial real estate experience who is interested in working across acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, development, financing, and related transactional matters.

Responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate purchase and sale agreements and coordinate transaction closings
• Draft and negotiate commercial leases and lease amendments
• Draft and negotiate mortgage loan and other real estate financing documents
• Oversee title and survey reviews
• Assist clients with acquisitions, dispositions, financing, leasing, development, and other commercial real estate transactions
• Work closely with attorneys across a sophisticated national real estate practice
