Job summary

ECDI is seeking a CRC Program Coordinator to lead day-to-day operations and client engagement for the Contractor Resource Center in the Greater Cincinnati market. The role supports workshops, intake, technical assistance, and partnerships to expand CRC programming.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of two years in program coordination or related field.
• Experience with entrepreneurs or small businesses preferred.
• Experience using Salesforce or other CRM systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily operations of the CRC in the Cincinnati market.
• Manage client intake, onboarding, scheduling, and documentation in Salesforce.
• Facilitate workshops, webinars, and networking events aligned with CRC objectives.
• Serve as primary contact for CRC participants and coordinate coaching sessions.
• Develop partnerships with regional stakeholders to expand CRC programming.
