Job summary

Withum is seeking a Cost Segregation Manager to lead a growing practice from a U.S. office of your choice. The role requires guiding engagements, reviewing technical reports, and driving growth while mentoring staff in a hybrid schedule (3 days in office per week).

You will work closely with firm leadership to deliver real estate solutions, maximize client value, and expand Cost Segregation services across industries. A strong background in depreciation and IRS guidance is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in a related field is required
• 8+ years of cost segregation or related experience
• CPA/EA/CCSP or similar certification is a plus
• Experience leading cost segregation engagements
• Strong knowledge of IRS depreciation guidance and regulations

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage cost segregation engagements for various real estate assets
• Serve as primary client contact and trusted advisor throughout engagements
• Review analyses and engineering reports for IRS compliance
• Mentor supervisors and engage in business development
• Collaborate with leadership to grow the practice
