Job summary

Withum is seeking a Cost Segregation Manager to lead engagements across a broad real estate portfolio. Based in any U.S. office, this role supports growth of the Cost Segregation practice through technical leadership and client advisory.

You will oversee engagements, review analyses, mentor staff, and collaborate with leadership to drive business development while maintaining IRS compliance. Hybrid work with three days in office per week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Accounting, Finance, Architecture, or related field.
• 8+ years of cost segregation, construction consulting, engineering, real estate valuation, or related discipline.
• CPA, EA, CCSP or similar certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a diverse portfolio of cost segregation engagements for various real estate assets.
• Serve as primary client contact and trusted advisor throughout engagements.
• Review technical analyses, engineering reports, and final deliverables for IRS compliance.
