Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Experience in cost accounting or manufacturing accounting.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy.
• Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office; SAP experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Actively participate in month-end close processes in accordance with US GAAP.
• Perform accounting tasks and provide ad hoc analyses, reports, and support as needed.
• Prepare month-end journal entries, GL account analyses, and balance sheet reconciliations using BlackLine.
• Partner with Operations and other departments to support: Inventory cycle count reporting, Year-end fixed asset verification, WIP audits, Sheet-to-floor inventory verification activities.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce costs, strengthen financial controls, and enhance accounting processes.
• Maintain compliance with corporate accounting policies and procedures; adhere to SOX controls.
• Complete quarterly reporting requirements, including Site Analytics and other reporting activities.
