Qualifications

BS or BA Degree in relevant field and 3–5 years relevant experience.
Month end reporting experience.
Perform month end close for Inventory/Purchasing and Accounts Receivable close and reconciliation.
Project accounting – monthly review margins and processing.
Sales and margin analysis.
Processing month end journals accruals/prepayments/recharges.
Balance sheet reconciliations.
Standard costing system ownership.

Responsibilities

Support month end close for inventory, purchasing, and AR; ensure accurate postings and reconciliations.
Perform data analysis for cost and manufacturing within the business.
Conduct monthly project accounting reviews and margin analysis.
Prepare month end journals, accruals and prepayments; reconcile bookings and balances.
