Job summary

European Wax Center, Inc. is seeking a Corporate Paralegal to support the legal team with franchise agreements, corporate filings, and acquisitions. You will manage document workflows, coordinate due diligence, and liaise with internal and external stakeholders.

The role emphasizes process standardization, use of AI-powered tools, and effective collaboration across departments. A paralegal background or strong administrative experience in an in-house or law firm setting is valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum of three or more years of experience providing administrative or operational support to attorneys, preferably in a law firm or in-house legal department.
• Franchise experience is strongly preferred, but not required.
• Paralegal experience is helpful, but not required.
• Prior experience drafting form agreements, contracts, and other legal documents is strongly preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with all aspects of the franchise lifecycle, including preparation, distribution, and oversight of franchise agreements and related documents.
• Coordinate franchise applications, due diligence materials, and finance/background checks.
• Assist with preparation and filing of Franchise Disclosure Documents with regulatory authorities.
• Support corporate acquisitions, due diligence, and closing logistics.
• Help with contract approval, management workflows, and database maintenance.
• Liaise with internal/external stakeholders and outside counsel as needed.
