Job summary

European Wax Center seeks a Corporate Paralegal to manage franchise documents, agreements, and regulatory filings. You will coordinate with internal teams and external counsel to support franchise sales, renewals, and acquisitions.

The role requires attention to detail, strong communication, and the ability to handle multiple tasks with limited supervision. Hybrid work and professional development opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science/Arts preferred
• 3+ years providing administrative support to attorneys (in-house or law firm)
• Franchise experience preferred but not required
• Paralegal experience helpful but not required
• Prior drafting of form agreements and contracts preferred

Responsibilities

• Prepare franchise, development, transfer, and renewal agreements.
• Collect documents for franchise applications and verify requirements.
• Coordinate with stakeholders on franchise sales, transfers, and renewals.
• Assist with annual Franchise Disclosure Document filings and regulatory interactions.
• Support corporate acquisitions: due diligence materials and closing logistics.
• Assist with contract approvals, management, and document retention.
