Job summary

Beacon Hill is seeking an experienced Corporate Paralegal in Irvine, CA to support the Director of Legal in a fast-paced in-house department for a growing technology company. Responsibilities include contracts, corporate governance, IP, entity management and legal ops in a 40-hour hybrid role.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years of paralegal or corporate legal experience, CLM exposure and excellent organization and communication skills. Onsite Monday–Thursday, remote Friday.

Qualifications

• Must have 4+ years in paralegal, corporate legal, contracts or legal operations.
• Experience in in-house legal departments preferred.
• Bachelor's degree required; legal studies or related field preferred.
• Paralegal certificate is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with contracts and contract administration and CLM platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage contract workflows, including intake, tracking, signatures, and DocuSign processes.
• Maintain and support the company's Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) system.
• Assist with CLM implementation, process improvements and database organization.
• Review routine commercial agreements, including NDAs, and support contract administration.
• Manage trademark and patent portfolio matters, including deadlines and IP counsel coordination.
• Support entity management and corporate governance matters, including annual filings and corporate resolutions.
• Maintain business licenses and registrations across jurisdictions.
• Provide due diligence, database and document support for corporate transactions.
• Manage subpoena intake and processing and assist with litigation holds.
• Support litigation matters and coordinate with outside counsel.
• Assist with insurance applications and information gathering for renewals.
• Process and track invoices from outside counsel and other vendors.
• Maintain organized electronic legal files and generate reports.
• Assist with lease administration and facilities‑related matters.
• Prepare documents and presentations for attorneys and staff; partner with stakeholders.
• Provide additional legal operations and administrative support as needed.
