Job summary

ConsumerDirect in Irvine, CA is seeking a hands-on Corporate Paralegal to support governance, legal operations, and executive office functions, including some executive‑assistant duties.

Ideal candidate has 5+ years of corporate paralegal experience, including law‑firm exposure, and is skilled with board materials, minutes, filings, and modern legal systems. This onsite role partners with GC and CEO to drive strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of corporate paralegal/legal operations experience, including experience at a law firm.
• Demonstrated experience with corporate governance, board materials, minutes, and corporate filings.
• Hands-on experience with contract lifecycle management and legal‑tech tools such as Carta/DocuSign/Onit/ClickUp/Jira.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to handle confidential information.
• Highly organized, self-directed, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain corporate minute books, org charts, and minute/resolution templates.
• Prepare board packages, support board logistics, draft minutes and resolutions.
• Manage equity administration and cap table maintenance with Finance and advisors.
• Administer contract lifecycle: intake, database, signature workflows, templates.
• Ensure compliance deadlines and corporate filing requirements; coordinate with outside counsel.
• Draft memos and materials for board or senior leadership review; track legal matters in OnIt/ClickUp.
