Responsibilities

• Lead induction/orientation programs for new employees and ensure smooth onboarding.
• Keep staff CVs, training records, and profiles complete and up-to-date.
• Support allocation activities and optimize operational project delivery.
• Escalate issues affecting project deliverables to appropriate stakeholders.
• Deliver training on SOPs, WPDs, local requirements, and identify gaps.
• Manage staff development, performance, and career progression.
• Review systems to evaluate metrics and project status.
