Job summary

West Pharmaceutical Services seeks an experienced corporate counsel to support Governance, Securities & Employment/Litigation in its global Legal department. This role acts as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and cross‑functional teams on public company governance, SEC reporting, and strategic transactions.

You will partner with Finance, Treasury, Tax, Investor Relations, Corporate Development, and Accounting to ensure governance excellence, implement robust corporate records, and manage

Qualifications

• Law degree and bar admittance in at least one US jurisdiction.
• Minimum of 10+ years of legal work experience with a minimum 5–8 years combining large law firm and in‑house experience.
• Preferred knowledge of pharmaceutical, medical device, biotech, or manufacturing industries.

Responsibilities

• Advise on governance, securities reporting, and corporate secretary matters in a global context.
• Support global entity management, subsidiary governance, and corporate records maintenance.
• Provide practical risk guidance and collaborate with Finance, Tax, Accounting, and Compliance on strategic initiatives.
• Draft and negotiate corporate and transactional documents, including board materials and resolutions.
