Job summary

West Pharmaceutical Services seeks an experienced corporate counsel to support governance, securities, and transactions in a global, highly regulated environment. The role partners with Finance, Tax, Investor Relations, and Corporate Development to drive strategic initiatives.

The incumbent will manage public filings (10-K/10-Q/8-K), intercompany agreements, and entity governance, reporting to the Senior Counsel & Assistant Corporate Secretary. Hybrid onsite schedule with global scope.

Qualifications

• Law degree and bar admission in at least one US jurisdiction.
• Minimum of 10+ years of legal work experience, including large law firm and in-house.
• Experience with public company governance, securities matters, and corporate transactions.

Responsibilities

• Advise on corporate transactions, financing, and treasury matters.
• Support global subsidiary governance and entity management.
• Lead SEC reporting, disclosure controls, and public disclosures.
• Support corporate secretary functions, board materials, and governance policies.
