Job summary

West Pharmaceutical Services is seeking a Sr. Counsel, Compliance Regulatory and Quality to partner with executives and lead our global compliance, regulatory affairs and quality governance. You will advise on privacy, CAPA, investigations, and regulatory strategy across multiple geographies.

You will build and guide a high-performing team, monitor regulatory developments, and ensure alignment with global quality frameworks and enforcement trends.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a corporate compliance program in a highly regulated industry.
• Strong understanding of regulations and industry standards (pharma, medical devices).
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing regulatory environments and work with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead global compliance strategy and implementation re enterprise risk management.
• Manage and develop the compliance team (attorney, manager, privacy senior manager).
• Oversee audits, monitoring, and internal controls in line with SOX and regulations.
• Provide guidance on FDA and international regulatory requirements; support inspections.
