Job summary

West Pharmaceutical Services is seeking an experienced Corporate Counsel to join its Governance, Securities & Employment/Litigation Center of Excellence in the global Legal department. This role provides global legal support for governance, securities compliance, SEC reporting, corporate finance, treasury matters, and strategic transactions.

The Corporate Counsel – Governance & Transactions will advise senior leadership and key corporate functions, supporting the corporate secretary, financing

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor and bar admission in at least one US jurisdiction.
• 10+ years of legal experience, including 5–8+ years in large law firm and in-house roles.
• Preferred background in pharmaceutical, medical device, biotech, or manufacturing industries.

Responsibilities

• Provide governance, securities, and transactional support for public company matters and strategic initiatives.
• Advise on SEC reporting, disclosure obligations, and corporate secretary activities.
• Coordinate global entity governance, subsidiary management, and related governance records.
• Collaborate with Finance, Tax, Accounting, Compliance, and Corporate Development to enable enterprise priorities.
