American Family Insurance seeks a Corporate Compliance Consultant to advance the regulatory compliance program focused on market conduct exams, data calls, and industry surveys. You will analyze requirements, gather information, and ensure submissions are complete and well-supported.

You will work with leadership to identify trends, support remediation efforts, and help strengthen compliance processes in a hybrid role based in Madison, WI.

Qualifikationen

• Experience delivering customer-focused solutions and support.
• Experience interfacing with regulators, writing responses and action plans.
• Experience investigating fraud or misconduct allegations.

Aufgaben

• Support market conduct examinations from initial notice through final response, coordinating requests and maintaining documentation.
• Coordinate regulatory data calls and surveys by reviewing requirements and gathering information.
• Review data and narrative responses for accuracy, completeness, and regulatory alignment.
• Maintain organized records for examinations, data calls, and surveys with logs and supporting docs.
• Communicate with business partners to clarify requests, resolve gaps, and keep assignments on schedule.
• Identify compliance concerns, recurring themes, and process improvement opportunities.
• Assist with corrective action plans and monitor remediation activities.
• Prepare status updates, summaries, and reporting for compliance leadership.
• Contribute to procedures, templates, and tools that promote efficient regulatory responses.
• Support other corporate compliance initiatives and special projects.
