Qualifications

• 3+ years of corporate law experience at a law firm, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions and commercial transactions (Am Law 200 experience preferred)
• Significant experience drafting, negotiating, and reviewing purchase and sale agreements (stock and asset), along with related ancillary documents and disclosure schedules
• Broad experience with commercial transactions and general commercial contracting
• Experience managing due diligence and coordinating deals through closing
• Ability to work independently and be an immediate contributor to a busy practice group
• Excellent academic credentials from an ABA-accredited law school
• Licensed and in good standing to practice law in Georgia (State)
