• Five to seven years of professional experience supporting month-end close.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• Knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting principles.
• Ability to manage accounting processes independently with deadlines.
• Experience partnering with cross-functional teams to achieve goals.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate month-end close across Accounting and Finance to support a five-day close.
• Prepare and review journal entries, reconciliations, and analyses for GAAP reporting.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to improve close accuracy and timeliness.
• Lead process improvements to reduce manual work and scale reporting.
• Maintain accounting systems, close tools, and reconciliation apps.
• Develop and maintain accounting policies and reconciliation methods.
• Support internal and external audits as a trusted partner.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
