MMC Group LP is seeking an experienced accounting leader for a Controller role within its finance team. You will drive monthly close, ensure accurate financial reporting, and support audits while partnering across the organization to improve processes and transparency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in accounting/finance.
• 7+ years progressive accounting experience.
• Leadership experience in controller role.
• Strong US GAAP knowledge and internal controls.
• Experience with ERP systems (Oracle/NetSuite/Workday).
• Healthcare, SaaS, or high-growth company experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee monthly and year-end close processes.
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial reporting.
• Support audits and compliance initiatives.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to improve processes and transparency.
• Develop and mentor accounting staff.
