• High integrity and sound judgment.
• Non-legal business experience; familiarity with Agiloft.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review and negotiate a broad range of commercial agreements.
• Tag provisions and track review status in Agiloft.
• Coordinate review with subject matter experts.
• Work with the commercial team to address risk.
• Assist in creating and updating contract templates and playbooks.
• Perform related and administrative duties.
