Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum undergraduate degree in business, law, or relevant field.
• 3-5 years of contract review experience (law firm and in-house preferred).
• Strong negotiation and risk allocation skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; able to interact with diverse audiences.
• Experience with contract management systems like Agiloft.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review and negotiate a broad range of commercial agreements.
• Tag contract provisions and track review status in Agiloft.
• Coordinate with subject matter experts to address risks.
• Collaborate with legal and business stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Help create and update contract templates and playbooks.
• Perform other related and administrative duties as required.
