3+ years of corporate contract administration/negotiation experience required
Knowledge of education and healthcare affiliation agreements preferred
Strong oral and written communications skills
High sensitivity to confidential information and ability to work under deadlines

Responsibilities

Negotiate affiliation agreements between Walden and field sites for student field experiences
Directly negotiate contract terms with current and potential affiliates
Manage and track contracts, amendments and issues related to field experiences
Review field experience contracts and affiliation agreements for university compliance
Assist with annual revision of university contracts, forms and documents
Research state and federal laws related to student field experiences and advise accordingly
Coordinate with university legal staff and field site reps on contract changes or questions
Support development of processes and systems for contract review and management
Perform administrative duties including data tracking and reporting
