NCR Atleos, headquartered in Atlanta, is seeking a detail-oriented Business Operations Analyst to join the Invoicing Team in Frisco, TX. The role focuses on onboarding contracts, managing billing terms, reconciling monthly invoices, and delivering essential reports to ensure accurate invoicing.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in contract management or AR, strong Excel skills, and the ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams and customers.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in contract management, billing or AR roles
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; accounting coursework helpful
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerQuery, Outlook and PowerPoint
• Advanced Excel skills; data handling and analysis capability
• Detail-oriented with strong multitasking and follow-through
• Clear written and verbal communication; teamwork-oriented

Responsibilities

• Input and onboard contract terms into billing systems
• Update billing terms and changes in systems
• Load and normalize large data sets for reporting
• Ensure customer banking details align with contracts
• Prepare monthly reports and perform data analysis
• Support timely monthly billing processes and reconciliations
• Document variances month-over-month and assist with month-end close
• Coordinate with Billing Manager and AR team to verify invoicing
• Resolve billing issues with internal teams and customers
• Maintain control logs for contract changes and corrections
• Assist audit procedures and related tasks
• Handle miscellaneous duties as assigned
