Job summary

SGAP Leaders is seeking a Program Coordinator to support planning, coordination, and delivery of our programs. This hybrid role is based in the Washington DC–Baltimore Area with some work-from-home flexibility and involves coordinating schedules, communications, and logistics for workshops and events.

You will track engagement, maintain records, assist with curriculum and activity preparation, and help with project timelines. Experience with youth initiatives and schools is highly beneficial.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and coordinating youth initiatives.
• Strong communication with students, families, educators, and partners.
• Proficient in organizing tasks, timelines, and deliverables.
• Able to work in a hybrid Washington DC–Baltimore Area environment.
• Experience with youth, schools, or community organizations is valuable.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfort with basic digital tools and learning new systems.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and deliver SGAP Leaders programs.
• Communicate with students, parents, educators, and partners.
• Organize program schedules and manage workshop logistics.
• Track participant engagement and maintain records.
• Support curriculum/activity preparation and reporting.
• Assist with timelines and respond to inquiries; coordinate interns/volunteers.
