Job summary

Broadridge is seeking a contract Client Services Administrator to join our Shareholder Communication team in Edgewood, Long Island, New York. You will answer shareholder inquiries in writing or via email, perform account maintenance updates, and draft responses for escalated inquiries on behalf of management.

This temporary 12‑month contract is hybrid—2 days in the office and 3 days from home. Strong writing, attention to detail, and the ability to work with privacy and deadlines are required.

Qualifications

• Very detail oriented with strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
• Solid writing skills and willingness to submit a writing sample.
• Ability to interpret requests from coworkers, clients, and shareholders and identify errors.
• Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required.
• Attention to detail and quality control, reviews work before sending.
• General typing and computer skills in Word, Excel, Outlook, and browsers.

Responsibilities

• Research transfer-related items, status follow-up, and update 1099s, W8s, and W9s.
• Draft free‑hand responses to inquiries and escalate issues as needed.
• Prepare letters advising shareholders of required information to complete requests.
• Recommend form and process improvements and assist as needed.
• Maintain privacy, accuracy, speed, and dependability in all tasks.
