The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent written and verbal communication to manage expectations and deliver successful meetings.

• Experience in client service, event coordination, or operations.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication with a client-focused approach.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent events and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Aufgaben

• Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of VSM capabilities and processes.
• Plan and organize client events with deadlines, milestones and dependencies.
• Manage client timelines to ensure deliverables, communications, approvals, and requirements are met on time.
• Coordinate event support and logistics across internal teams and external vendors.
• Provide regular status updates via phone, email, and meetings to set expectations.
• Build strong relationships with clients, including senior and C-suite contacts.
• Advise clients on best practices and successful meeting execution.
• Troubleshoot issues in real time and resolve client or vendor concerns.
• Monitor live events and escalate issues for prompt resolution.
• Ensure accuracy of VSM information and coordinate with Product Management and Sales.
• Occasionally provide onsite support for client events.
