Job summary

Broadridge Financial Solutions is seeking an experienced Senior Payroll Analyst to support end-to-end payroll operations for a multi-state U.S. employee population using ADP payroll systems. The role ensures accurate, timely processing, regulatory compliance, and issue resolution, partnering with HR, Finance, Benefits, and vendors.

The position is hybrid, involving in-person work in Newark 2 days per week with flexibility to work remotely the rest of the time.

Qualifications

• 5+ years payroll processing experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business Administration or equivalent.
• Knowledge of ADP payroll processing and payroll taxes.
• Strong data accuracy and privacy/compliance mindset.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Review and validate payroll transactions for multi-state employees.
• Assist with off-cycle and manual payments and state-specific requirements.
• Support severance reviews and payments for compliance.
• Conduct peer reviews to improve accuracy and quality.
• Assist with SOX controls and payroll audits.
• Identify risks and assist in payroll system improvements.
