Job summary

INSPYR Solutions is seeking a Contract Recruiter in Downtown Chicago for a 3- to 6-month engagement. The role involves managing full-cycle recruitment, partnering with hiring managers, and delivering a positive candidate experience on a hybrid schedule (3 days onsite).

You will track metrics, analyze data, and ensure compliance with employment laws while building strong sourcing pipelines and candidate relationships.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience, preferably in nonprofit, social services, healthcare, or education sectors.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze recruiting data and meet defined KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Manages the full recruitment lifecycle including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offers.
• Develops proactive and creative sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, networking, employee referrals, and community partnerships.
• Partners with hiring managers to define role requirements, competencies, and interview strategies.
• Guides hiring managers on interviewing best practices, candidate evaluation, and selection.
• Ensures a professional and mission-aligned candidate experience through timely communication and follow-up.
• Maintains accurate and timely candidate records in the ATS.
• Tracks, analyzes, and reports on recruiting metrics, including time-to-fill, source effectiveness, candidate pipeline health, and diversity benchmarks.
