The role focuses on supporting Transmission project management and development activities, including tracking, forecasting, reporting, and coordinating with stakeholders to move projects forward. Qualifications

• Associates degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Technical experience in utilities/transmission is beneficial.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word, SharePoint; Power BI navigation and basic data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and participate in development meetings; take notes and distribute agendas.
• Maintain action item trackers and project status updates.
• Manage project trackers in Excel/SharePoint and update project lists.
• Verify sponsor, funding, and related data for projects.
• Support with GLT/PCT project tracking and data coordination.
• Create and share one-page proposals using stakeholder information.
• Interface with portfolio manager to ensure data movement of cashflows.
