Job summary

Mykelly is seeking a temporary Corporate Contracts Manager II in Alameda, CA, on a hybrid schedule (onsite about three days per week). The role focuses on clinical study agreements and related contracts, with hands‑on drafting, redlining, and negotiation directly with counterparties.

The ideal candidate has in‑house experience with CSAs/CTAs, familiarity with CLM systems, and the ability to manage multiple agreements while coordinating with internal teams and external partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 2–3 years in-house contract drafting and negotiation.
• Hands-on drafting, redlining, and negotiating CSAs/CTAs.
• Direct counterparty negotiation experience.
• Experience with a CLM system.
• Strong organization and time management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple agreements and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, redline, and negotiate CSAs, CTAs, and other clinical contracts.
• Negotiate terms directly with counterparties via redlines or live discussions.
• Draft, negotiate, and manage other agreements (confidentiality, consulting, service, vendor).
• Identify risks and communicate them to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal partners to answer legal and business questions.
• Track status and support the review, approval, and signature process.
• Support in‑house attorneys and related tasks.
• Follow company policies and standards.
