Job summary

Siemens Healthineers seeks a results-driven professional to coordinate day-to-day contract manufacturing activities and harmonize KPIs across the PETNET network. You will lead cross-functional collaboration with operations, QA/QR, and sponsor teams to drive alignment and timely execution.

The role emphasizes project management for launches, lifecycle improvements, and strong external/internal stakeholder engagement. Hybrid work in Knoxville, TN with travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Requires B.S./B.A. in Life Sciences or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 4 years' experience in development, distribution and/or support of pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Nuclear Medicine or just in time manufacturing experience preferred.
• Experience managing contract manufacturing or other third-party client relationships.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational and managerial skills.
• Attention to detail with ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word.
• Hybrid in Knoxville, TN with remote candidates considered and travel to Knoxville.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Daily Operations: Coordinating contract manufacturing activities and KPI harmonization.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Align priorities with PETNET teams and sponsors.
• Project Implementation: Launch and integrate new products and contract manufacturers.
• Lifecycle Management: Improve processes for external and contract-manufactured products.
• Organizational responsibilities: Interface with sponsors and internal/external customers to drive improvements.
