Job summary

Siemens Healthineers seeks a results-driven professional to coordinate day-to-day contract manufacturing activities and harmonize KPIs across the PETNET network. You will lead cross-functional collaboration with operations, QA/QR, and sponsor teams to drive alignment and timely execution.

The role emphasizes project management for launches, lifecycle improvements, and strong external/internal stakeholder engagement. Hybrid work in Knoxville, TN with travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Requires B.S./B.A. in Life Sciences or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 4 years' experience in development, distribution and/or support of pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Nuclear Medicine or just in time manufacturing experience preferred.
• Experience managing contract manufacturing or other third-party client relationships.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational and managerial skills.
• Attention to detail with ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word.
• Hybrid in Knoxville, TN with remote candidates considered and travel to Knoxville.
• Willingness to travel as required.

At Siemens Healthineers, we operate the world's largest PET radiopharmaceutical network - delivering over 1 million doses annually with a >99% fulfillment rate and supporting more than 2,800 imaging centers worldwide. The position is responsible establishing and maintaining alignment between the 3rd party drug sponsor and key PETNET functional teams to drive alignment of key goals and metrics between centralized and decentralized operational activities. Responsibility also includes the ability to influence across the PETNET organization (Operations, Engineering Services, QA/QR, and others) and build effective relationships both internal and external and interface with senior management and 3rd party drug sponsors.

This position is primarily hybrid and based in Knoxville, TN. However, remote candidates may be considered for the right individual, with the expectation of frequent travel to Knoxville, TN.

Specific Responsibilities

• Daily Operations: Coordinating and driving day-to-day contract manufacturing activities including contact performance metric harmonization across participating PETNET pharmacies while capturing data trends and communicating KPI’s to enhance efficiencies and customer experience.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal PETNET teams to align priorities, while communicating customer-facing values to support future growth. The candidate must possess strong interpersonal influence to rally internal teams—such as Operations (production schedules and equipment uptime), and QA/QR (Quality Assurance and Regulatory Compliance)—to prioritize the sponsor's portfolio on an individual state by state basis.
• Project Implementation and communication skills: Driving the launch and integration of new products and new contract manufacturing partners within the PETNET network while growing the legacy business. Ability to translate complex operational risks, timeline delays, or regulatory hurdles into concise, strategic updates for PETNET executives and high-stakes 3rd party radiopharmaceutical sponsors.
• Lifecycle Management: Maintaining and continuously improving processes for both externally manufactured and contract-manufactured products. Demonstrating industry knowledge where the competitive landscape and important trends are identified.
• Organizational responsibilities: Primary interface between drug sponsor and key PETNET functional teams to drive alignment of key goals and metrics between centralized and decentralized operational activities. Key leadership position that must work cross functionally within organization to drive overall business results. Interface with external and internal customers and suppliers to drive continual process and service improvements.

Required Skills, Education and Experience

• B.S. or B.A. degree in Life Sciences, Physical Sciences, Engineering or related scientific discipline is required or equivalent work experience
• Minimum 4 years' experience in development, distribution and/or support of pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Nuclear Medicine or just in time manufacturing experience is preferred
• Experience managing contract manufacturing or other third-party client relationships
• Strong interpersonal, organizational and managerial skills
• Excellent attention to detail in the execution of job responsibilities

Compensation

The base pay range for this position is: $137,650 - $189,266. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. If this is a commission eligible position the commission eligibility will be in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan. Commissions are based on individual performance and/or company performance.
