Job summary

Serclean in the United States is seeking a Hybrid Contents / Mitigation Technician to support restoration projects. You will handle contents, packing, inventory, and job documentation while collaborating with field and office teams to keep projects on schedule.

The role combines hands-on tasks with technology-driven reporting, requiring attention to detail, CRM experience, and the ability to follow workflows. Cross-training across departments may occur as workload demands arise.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous CRM or job tracking system preferred
• Basic proficiency with Google Sheets, Google Docs, and Trello or similar tools
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Teachable and open to learning new processes
• Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working under direction
• Customer service or restoration industry experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Maintain up-to-date and accurate job information within the CRM
• Monitor active jobs and ensure documentation, notes, and photos are current
• Upload and organise job details, photos, and reports using CRM and Google Sheets
• Assist with on-site tasks and support lead technicians as needed
• Document job progress using a phone or tablet
• Follow established workflows and company procedures for consistency
• Collaborate with field and office teams to support project completion
• Pack, wrap, inventory, and label contents for transport and storage
• Move furniture, boxes, and household items safely
• Assist with load-out and pack-back of contents at job sites
• Maintain storage areas and contents warehouse cleanliness
• Follow proper handling procedures to protect customer property
• Communicate professionally with teammates and customers
• Perform other duties as assigned to support restoration and contents operations
