Job summary

LifeBridge Health Medical Group is seeking a scheduling agent to handle appointments, referrals, prescription refills, and other patient requests by phone, supporting primary care practices within a hybrid remote/onsite model.

Training takes place in Owings Mills with in-office sessions; after training, remote work may be available. Shifts run 7:30–4:00, 8:00–4:30, 8:30–5:00, or 9:00–5:30, Monday through Friday. Free parking and an on-site gym are provided as part of LifeBridge Health benefits.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma/GED preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience in high-volume call center, medical practice front desk or scheduling.
• Customer service experience required.
• Medical terminology preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer requests coming into the Contact Center by phone.
• Support patients, provider practices, departments or LifeBridge Health services with appointments, refills, preauthorizations and referrals.
