Job summary

Schreiber Foods in Green Bay, WI invites a Consumer Insights intern to help translate the voice of the consumer into actionable business insights. The role offers a flexible hybrid schedule (3 days on-site, 2 days remote) at the home office in Green Bay and is paid at $18.75 per hour.

You will work with sales partners, product managers, and leadership to craft data-driven selling strategies while gaining exposure to retail and food service industries.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program, preferably Marketing, business, economics or another related degree.
• Must have at least two years remaining in school by start date (May 2028 grads or later).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Assist in communicating and understanding the voice of the consumer to the organization.
• Utilize data sources to create and support selling strategies related to product and customer mix.
• Collaborate with sales, product managers, and leadership to build sales stories starting from the voice of the consumer.
