Accounting Search represents a premier AmLaw 100 firm seeking a Career Associate Attorney in Consumer Financial Services to join a high-performing litigation team serving leading financial institutions.

The role requires 5–10 years of substantive litigation, JD from a top-tier law school, active bar, and the ability to manage cases and supervise juniors. Hybrid work across multiple locations nationwide.

Qualifications

• JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record.
• Active Bar Admission in the relevant jurisdiction, in good standing.
• 5–10 years of substantive litigation experience.
• Experience with commercial litigation and representation of financial institutions.
• Background defending matters under FCRA, FDCPA, and/or TCPA is advantageous.
• Demonstrated ability to independently manage cases, lead projects, and supervise juniors.
• Strong writing, analytical, and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Independently handle a broad range of consumer financial services litigation, including federal/state matters.
• Participate in hearings, depositions, motions practice, and other proceedings across courts.
• Provide legal advice and regulatory guidance, communicate case strategy and developments, and support investigations.
• Prepare pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery responses, and related litigation documents.
• Work with senior attorneys and partners on high-impact matters within a national team.
