AmLaw 100 Firm in multiple locations is seeking a Career Associate Attorney for its Consumer Financial Services practice group. The role offers hybrid work arrangements and exposure to complex disputes for leading financial institutions and service providers.

You will join a high-performing litigation team with opportunities for independent case management, leadership, and professional development across a nationally coordinated practice.

Qualifikationen

• JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record.
• Active Bar Admission in the relevant jurisdiction, in good standing.
• 5–10 years of substantive litigation experience.

Aufgaben

• Independently handle a broad range of consumer financial services litigation, including commercial disputes and matters involving federal and state consumer protection laws.
• Participate in hearings, depositions, motions practice, and other proceedings across state and federal courts.
• Provide legal advice and regulatory guidance, communicate case strategy and developments, and support clients responding to government and agency investigations.
• Prepare pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery responses, and related litigation documents.
• Work closely with senior attorneys and partners on high-impact matters within a collaborative, nationally coordinated team.
